This terrific guy with me is 76 years old. Does 16 km brisk walking every morning ending with shadow boxing. Has run 7 marathons. When I asked him when he started doing his early morning exercise, he replied “age 16′. He was even stabbed (he showed me the scar) once by hoodlums but he never gave up… You can’t be that consistent and committed to a venture and not be successful.
