This past Wednesday, Ethereum, the second biggest blockchain successfully completed its most important innovation ever. The innovation or upgrade, referred to as Merge, allowed Ethereum’s protocol to fully transition from Proof-of-work (POW) to Proof-of-stake (POS). This will allow Ethereum to reduce its ecological footprint. Another consequence of this transition is the reduction of the issuance rate of ether (ETH), Ethereum’s native currency so that it can become deflationary. It is not only companies or businesses that should always innovate, all of us, should disrupt ourselves regularly. We should always come up with novel ideas, connect things together and create something for the purpose of marketing it or adding value to others. Also, we should understand that innovators are addicted to five habits: associating, questioning, observing, networking and experimenting.
