I am truly fortunate to have one of the most amazing fathers in the world. I reflect on how he ensured that I had everything I needed while growing up. Thanks to his guidance and influence, I secured admissions to both Unilag and the Federal University of Technology Akure. Moreover, he played a pivotal role in ensuring that I served in Lagos State through the Nigeria Youth Service Corp, commonly known as NYSC.
The impact of my father’s support extended beyond my education. He facilitated my placement at Cadbury during my NYSC, which served as my first job. Additionally, he opened doors for me to work at Caleb International College and FUTA. It’s evident that my dad’s unwavering support significantly influenced my personal and professional life. To this day, he continues to bless me with his prayers and valuable counsel. I am truly grateful for having such a remarkable father figure in my life.
Inspired by my father’s example, I strive to be the best dad I can be. If you happen to read this and find yourself without a father or lacking a positive fatherly figure, know that God eagerly desires to be your Father. Simply reach out to Jesus Christ in prayer, accepting Him as your Lord and Savior, and God will immediately become your Father. He surpasses the capabilities of any earthly dad, for He is the epitome of a Good, Good Father.
Happy Father’s Day!
