He reassured us of this by saying, “I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also.” This truth is something we should deeply grasp, as it represents the pinnacle of our existence. The apostle Paul eloquently captured this longing when he expressed, “I desire to depart and be with Christ, which is infinitely better” (Philippians 1:23, NIV).

Heaven stands as the epitome of glory and beauty, a place beyond compare. It is a realm where perfection will be realized in every aspect. A touching illustration of this awaits us in the account shared by Billy Graham, who recounted his dying grandmother’s experience. In her final moments, she sat up in her bed, her face illuminated with a smile, and proclaimed, “I see Jesus, His hand reaching out to me. And there stands Ben, complete with both his eyes and legs.” Ben, Billy Graham’s grandfather, had suffered the loss of an eye and a leg during the Battle of Gettysburg.
