The mystery of the kingdom of God is to them that perish, foolishness but the source of life and strength to those who believe. More than ever, we are getting closer to the reality that in the latter times, iniquity shall abound because the love of many shall wax cold. Today’s church is dividing spoils of conquests, and painfully neglecting the salient message of salvation from Satan, sin and the love of the things in the world.

I believe in prosperity. Prosperity is an addendum to the package of seeking God first, then every other would follow.

Please don’t misunderstand my sentiments. I believe in prosperity. Prosperity is an addendum to the package of seeking God first, then every other would follow. In the mid eighties when I gave my life to my Saviour, it was not difficult to trust brethren because the goal of believers centered on becoming like Christ. Today, the game has changed because of hardship, that is currently ravaging the world. Times are hard but the grace of God remains constant if we take refuge and decide to trust God. As hard as things are in the world today, God is still making ways for those who focus on doing His will.

Jesus came to abolish sin in the flesh by paying the price so that we might become eligible in all ramifications of life. I am super convinced today that despite the challenges that we face, God is actively at work for our sakes to deliver us from every evil work. As it is written that He was revealed to destroy the works of the enemy. Our focus must be to do His will and fight to conquer the works of the flesh and the sin nature. Without holiness, no man or woman shall see God. Don’t be deceived by the faith of many people falling and yet prospering in this world because prosperity in terms of amassing wealth is not synonymous to righteousness. When we walk with God, we receive abundance of grace, truth and wisdom for life. I want to encourage us again to walk in the fear of God so that we may qualify for the great kingdom that we are aspiring to reach.

For there shall in no wise enter in to the kingdom of God any unclean thing nor a lie.

The world is not going to get better but the kingdom of God in our hearts would far outweigh the troubles of life. Let us stop running as if we can do it alone. Jesus said, ‘it is the Spirit that quickens, the flesh does not profit anything, the words that I speak to you are Spirit and life. ‘ Remember that God is able to make every grace abound towards us. Through God we shall do valiantly, for He it is that shall tread down the enemy. No unclean thing shall go therein, for it shall be for the wayfaring men, though they be fools but shall not err therein. For there shall in no wise enter in to the kingdom of God any unclean thing nor a lie.

Brethren, the standards are high but we can cling to grace and remain qualified. Ask God again today for the grace to return to your first love if you have gone back. Sin will not allow anyone to see God because Jesus Christ of Nazareth already died and rose from the dead to pave the way for our redemption. Let your light so shine that men would see God at work in your life so God gets the glory. May God count us worthy of His great kingdom in Jesus mighty name. Good morning and may God bless and keep us alive in Him. Victory is possible only when we embrace its trajectory.

For what the law was powerless to do in that it was weakened by the sinful nature, God did by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful man to be a sin offering. And so he condemned sin in sinful man, in order that the righteous requirements of the law might be fully met in us, who do not live according to the sinful nature but according to the Spirit.
