Why I like Bitcoin maximalists

There are three types of investors in Bitcoin. The trader, the technocrat and the maximalist. The maximalists buy Bitcoin to create a generational wealth. They are in it for the long time. Their mantra is ‘our holding time is forever.’ They just dollar cost average. Also, Bitcoin maximalists will never buy any other blockchain assets (which they call shitcoins) even when they know they could make more profit than holding only Bitcoin.   The technocrats on the other hand see bitcoin as the next big tech network and so treat it like google or amazon stock.  They buy Bitcoin when they are bullish on technology and sell when they are bearish. The traders think it is a correlated risk asset or uncorrelated risk asset depending on their mood. If they are selling risk, they are selling Bitcoin. Technocrats and traders control the price in the short time. So why do I like Bitcoin maximalists even though I am not one. I like them because they remind me about what it means to have a conviction and to stand on it even when majority of the people do not believe in it. As far as ‘Bitcoiners’ are concerned there is only one sustainable way to financial freedom and inclusion on the internet and it is Bitcoin. They remind me that I should boldly proclaim that there is only way to Eternal Salvation, the God-Man, Christ Jesus like many Bitcoin evangelists unashamedly preach that Bitcoin is the only scarcity in the world. They also remind me that I should buy the truth and sell it not. Lastly, they remind me that I must defend the faith that God has entrusted to His people. Thank God for Bitcoin and Bitcoin maximalists!
