I recently sat down with Dr. Niran Ojomo to discuss the importance of self-reflection as well as improving our mental health. Below are some of the questions I asked him. Find time to watch and listen to this intelligent friend of mine.
How is self-reflection important for continuous improvement? How can we cultivate self-reflection? What is growth plan and how can we create one? What are the tips to improve our mental health and build resilience in 2023?
